Deborah Sampieri Corbishley earned her B.A. with honors from Rutgers University and her J.D, with high honors, from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. At Rutgers she served as a research editor on the Rutgers Law Journal. For the Florida Bar she wrote "Attorney Liability in the Securities Context," Professional Liability of Lawyers in Florida and co-authored, "Jury Instructions for Business Litigation," Business Litigation in Florida. In addition, she served as an instructor at the University of Miami School of Law. Ms Corbishley interned to the Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter, U.S. Circuit Judge, U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She has been admitted to bar in Florida and New Jersey; the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the District of New Jersey; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
She is a member of the Dade County and American Bar Associations and the Florida Bar and concentrates her practice in the areas of legal malpractice defense, breach of contract and commercial torts.
