Born in Brooklyn, New York, Stanley H. Wakshlag earned his B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Brandeis University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
Mr. Wakshlag is a member of the Miami-Dade County and American Bar associations, The Florida Bar, and American Inns of Court.
He has been admitted to the bar in Florida and the U.S. District courts for the Southern and Middle Districts.
His practice concentrates on complex business litigation, class action, securities and derivative litigation and regulatory proceedings.
Mr. Wakshlag also provides counsel to boards of directors, special board committees, and audit commitees. He has counseled management in the institution of remedial measures and negotiation of the disposition of civil and criminal enforcement proceedings.
