Born in Pittsburgh, Richard H. Critchlow earned his B.A. from Union College in Schenectady, New York, and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami.
Mr. Critchlow is a fellow of the International Society of Barristers and a member of the Miami-Dade County and American Bar associations, The Florida Bar, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Foundation.
He has been admitted to the bar in Florida and the U.S. District courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the Eastern District of Louisiana, and the District of Connecticut.
His practice concentrates on the full range of business related litigation - commercial litigation, complex commercial litigation, complex and multi-district litigation, corporate litigation, federal litigation, insurance litigation, and securities litigation - as well as commercial law, business law, alternative dispute resolution including commercial arbitration and securities arbitration, securities regulation, and insurance agents and brokers defense.
