Jeff Foreman is a shareholder in Kenny Nachwalter, P.A., and is resident in the firm's Miami office. He has spent his entire career practicing complex business litigation in both state and federal courts. His practice covers a broad range of contract, insurance, and other business disputes, including business torts, shareholder derivative actions, professional liability. and class action defense.
Mr. Foreman is a member of the Florida Bar and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the Districts of Arizona and Maryland. He has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Mr. Foreman earned his J.D. from The Washington University School of Law where he served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Journal of Urban and Contemporary Law. He earned his A.B. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
